En effet un jumper aura davantage de facilit\u00e9 sur les s\u00e9ances pliom\u00e9triques par exemple.<br>Il faudra \u00e9tudier chaque cas de mani\u00e8re individualis\u00e9e notamment pour tenir compte des zones hormonales de croissance musculaire de chacun. En effet si la zone de croissance musculaire \u00ab\u00a0spontan\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb se situe sur la zone scapulaire alors que la personne cherche \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper ses jambes il va falloir ruser. Cela aura \u00e9galement un impact sur la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration et le d\u00e9veloppement musculaire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral (faible r\u00e9pondeur, fort r\u00e9pondeur).
